We ship within the UK and overseas. We aim to deliver your item(s) to the designated address in the shortest possible time. This is usually within 1-2 working days, subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of item(s). We will contact you if there is a delay or if items are out of stock. Item(s) will be delivered by Special Delivery and will require a signature upon arrival. Deliveries will be are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders received before 4pm will be posted same day between Monday-Saturday, orders received after 4pm will be posted the next working day between Monday-Saturday. Next day delivery is available at an extra cost, and is subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of item(s). Please select this option at checkout. Minimum delivery charges are £8.00 per UK delivery address and £25.00 for overseas orders. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you, at which point it becomes your responsibility. If you wish to track your parcel please email us and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number. We ship to all countries on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to Rocca and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs. Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas there may be delays on shipping. We will always aim to deliver within 3 working days, but at busy times this cannot be guaranteed.
If your order will not be delivered within the timeframe specified at ordering we will notify you and try to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Please order from roccaboutique.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as roccaboutique.com cannot be responsible for this. As ROCCA online purchases may be delivered to addresses other than the billing address given by the card holder, for example as with the case of a gift being purchased and addressed to a friend, as a security precaution, an e-mail and a copy of the invoice will be sent to the card holders registered e-mail address and home address, and we will require a signature upon delivery for all goods shipped.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately.

For online purchases, We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn, unsuitable merchandise, returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, and in original packaging provided.
Returns must have all original labels, including the Returns Authorisation label, still attached in order to be accepted for return.
Returns that are damaged or soiled, or received in an unsuitable condition, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimming wear) or if the items are soiled (lingerie), and may be sent back to the customer. All our Items are thoroughly checked before shipping, however if your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or manufacturing fault), please contact us at email@example.com. If you have received an item from ROCCA as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange.
Returning your Item(s)
If you wish to return your Item(s), please ensure the goods are returned as dictated by our Returns Policy above.
Please complete the Returns Form included within your original package, and place in the package with the Item(s) you are returning. Without this form returns cannot be accepted. Instructions on the form should be followed, and an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying us that you wish to make a return.
Item(s) should be returned in their original packaging, and carefully boxed so as to prevent Item(s) becoming damage or soiled during transit back to us.
The goods are the responsibility of you, the customer, until they reach us at Rocca HQ (32 Montpellier Parade, Harrogate, HG1 2TG), so we recommend sending your parcel with adequate insurance to cover the contents.
All goods will be inspected on return, and an exchange or refund issued, provided the item(s) are received as per our Returns Policy. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Exchanges will be processed within 24 hours provided the requested Item(s) is in stock. You will be notified by email or telephone if we are unable to fulfil your exchange request.
